Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. The item must also be in its original packaging. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order.
Please Note: Due to hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged. These include:
- Swimwear
- Holiday Costumes
Returns & Exchanges Process
Follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and details of the item you wish to return or exchange. You can use the provided template below to ensure all necessary information is included.
- Receive Instructions: Once we receive your request, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed, including the return address.
- Package Your Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging and include all original tags and accessories.
- Ship Your Item: Send the package to the provided address using a trackable shipping method. We recommend keeping the tracking number for your records.
- Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return or exchange request.
Refunds
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please indicate this in your return request. Once we receive your returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you. Shipping costs for exchanges will be covered by the customer, unless the exchange is due to a defect or error on our part.
